STEP 3: CUSTOM LOGO & ACCESSORIES

We will send Mockup to you for confirmation before confirming the accessory design, and recommend the appropriate accessory process according to the materials of different sports fabrics to ensure the quality of the accessory. We also provide a variety of auxiliary materials processing services.

ORDER TWO SAMPLES GET ONE FREE! SHORT TIME SAMPLING PROCESS:

A. Paper pattern & Mock up: after your samples order, our experienced technical team will make your gym wear mock up and paper pattern.

B. Sample fabric order and cutting: sample fabric will be tested if it's high quality requested and start to cutting.

C.Splicing and ironing: regularly our sample team will do 2 piece samples for compare which are better to ensure the sportswear sample you get is the best.

D. Test sizing and design: we will ask our model to try it on to see if the sizing fit and design.

F. Packing and shipping: we will also sending color books, our newest catalog and specifications card with samples to you.

STEP 4: SAMPLE PROCESS

A: Pre-production samples: when you placed the PO, we will make and offer pre-production sample with logo, accessories and packing you required to you for the final confirmation.

B: grading size and size chart: our team will make full size chart and send to you for approval.

C: pre-production meeting: Before production, we will confirm all the details through the meeting and feedback to you.

D: Inspecting during the production: We always pay attention to every process of production, such as fabric, cutting, splicing, ironing, logo process and packing, etc.

STEP 5: MASS PRODUCTION

Our normal production time is 25-30 days depends on order qty and customers' request. we will also sending production process sheet to you regularly to help you know the status of your order mass production.

LAST PROCESS OF QC, YOU ORDER IS ABOUT TO SHIP OUT!

A: inspect the sizing: our trained QC team will do THREE quality checks on sizing and check the tolerant if meet customers' requirements.

B: inspect the stitching: excess stitching and seams will be get rid of.

C: Inspect the damaged product: We repair or redo the products according to the damaged products.

D: Inspect the packing & mark: Package inspection procedures are still essential.

STEP 6: QUALITY CONTROL
